Founded by Gina and Lou DeMarco, Homes570 has grown into a trusted name in the real estate industry, combining years of experience, dedication, and a passion for community-driven solutions.
The journey began in 2011 when Gina and Lou purchased their first rental property, an opportunity sparked by a family member’s home sale. Over the past 14 years, the DeMarcos have built an impressive portfolio of over 40 rental homes, single-family properties, and parcels for new development. Their vision laid the foundation for Homes570’s commitment to creating quality, affordable housing in the region.

Homes570 was born out of a shared vision to create a company that combines expertise in real estate, property management, construction, and marketing to deliver exceptional value to the communities of Northeastern Pennsylvania. By bringing together Lou’s deep experience in property development, Dustin’s leadership and creative strategies, and Shelby’s real estate expertise and family legacy, the team is able to offer a comprehensive approach to real estate and property management.

Dustin Bowen, President
With a strong foundation in business operations, marketing, and client-focused service industries, Dustin Bowen leads Homes570 with a clear vision: to modernize and elevate property management in Northeast Pennsylvania. An award-winning professional with a proven track record, Dustin previously built a successful service-based company from the ground up—growing it into a well-known regional brand through strategic leadership, hands-on management, and a relentless commitment to quality.
His experience spans corporate roles and entrepreneurial ventures, giving him a unique ability to navigate challenges, scale operations, and identify growth opportunities others often miss. At Homes570, Dustin focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing tenant relations, and creating real, measurable value for property owners.
Known for his work ethic, creativity, and no-nonsense approach, Dustin is deeply committed to setting a new standard for property management—one built on trust, transparency, and top-tier service.
Lou DeMarco, Vice President
As Vice President and co-founder, Lou DeMarco has been instrumental in shaping the growth and success of Homes570. With over 14 years of experience in property acquisition and development, Lou has been a driving force behind the company’s expansion. His hands-on approach to identifying opportunities and overseeing projects has built a reputation for excellence and reliability in the local market.
Currently, Lou is leading two major development projects: the construction of a 9-unit townhouse community in Blakely and the transformation of an 11-unit townhouse in Dupont. These ambitious projects demonstrate Lou’s commitment to providing high-quality housing while contributing to the growth and revitalization of local communities. Although Lou now takes a more passive role in daily operations, his expertise and leadership in development continue to shape Homes570’s vision and success.
Shelby Hess, Founder, Realtor & Treasurer/Secretary
Shelby Hess is an invaluable part of the Homes570 team, combining her real estate expertise with a deep family legacy in the industry. Coming from a lineage of real estate professionals spanning over 50 years through her parents, Shelby carries forward a rich tradition of knowledge and dedication. This heritage has provided her with an unparalleled understanding of the market and a strong foundation for delivering exceptional service.
Since earning her real estate license in 2020 and then going on to obtain her Real Estate Broker’s License in 2024, Shelby has played a crucial role in managing and expanding Lou DeMarco’s property portfolio. Her background in mortgage lending, coupled with her ability to streamline operations, ensures every property under her care is optimized for success. A lifelong resident of Waymart, Shelby’s deep connection to the region and commitment to excellence make her an essential driver of Homes570’s continued growth and stellar reputation.
