Back in 2011, Lou and Gina embarked on a new journey with the purchase of our first rental property. When a family member presented us with the opportunity to purchase their house, it was clear to us that this was the right decision for us.
Steadily, over the next 12 years, we have acquired over 40+ rental homes, single family homes for purchase and parcels to build new homes for resale.
Shelby started her real estate career in 2016 by becoming a Mortgage Lender, that later lead to acquiring her Real Estate license in 2020. Shelby is a part of a Real Estate team that has over 50 years’ experience and services 5 counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania! Shelby is also a lifelong resident of Waymart.
Our geographic area is the beautiful Northeast Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Lackawanna and Luzerne counties, as well as an up-and-coming expansion into the Pocono Mountains.
We pride ourselves on making sure all our properties are attractive and affordable. With this approach combined with hard work, a loyal crew and knowledge of the location and communities we work with, we have had much growth and success.
At Homes570, we work as a team. While Lou is working in the field surveying potential real estate properties, Gina is working systematically in the office maintaining the day-to-day logistics to keep the company running smoothly. Shelby is working hard to bring her experience to the table to further our success in the real estate world and bring in an excellent level of service to the communities, tenants, and potential owners.
